This MPEG file was created from a DCCTV system AVI export.  In all formats exported from the source system, the video frequently "jumps" due to frame rate limitations of the system.  This can be problematic if not explained prior to viewing, as it could lead to questions of reliability and/or misrepresentation.

AVI file exported from a GeoVision system.  Homicide case I worked many years ago.  This export uses the GMP4 codec for the primary video stream.  Other exports from same system used GEOV codec for primary video stream.

This ZIP file contains two Excel Spreadsheets for calculating & documenting time differences for DCCTV recovery. Both have the same functionality; one has narrower columns for ease of viewing on mobile, the other wider columns for PC use. Both also provide a field for documenting the system retention period.
