Sample export from an old DVR back in 2003 that only exported self-executable video files (EXE).
This MPEG file was created from a DCCTV system AVI export. In all formats exported from the source system, the video frequently "jumps" due to frame rate limitations of the system. This can be problematic if not explained prior to viewing, as it could lead to questions of reliability and/or misrepresentation.
