Beginnning in February, 2022, I will publish an annual financial report noting details of ALL subscription & donation proceeds for the 2021 calendar year.

The February, 2022 Report will be the very first of such public access to my financial records.  This is being done in preperation for our new scholarship program.

The new annual report will reflect gross proceeds by type, however, is NOT anticipated to include any member or donor information (Details included will be those required by law for Social Purpose and/or non-profits in the state of Washington.).

My Commitment

I guarantee to commit all proceeds over $10,000.00 USD for calendar year 2021 to the scholarship (Effective 5/25/2021 - As originally offered to a tenured faculty member of Marshall University.  I stand by my word. Feel free to validate. PS - 5/25 was my brother's birthday. *wink*).

ALL proceeds includes any & all donations or subscriptions received via DME Resources, Nerds & Non/Sense™ with Larry Compton, and my associated PayPal.Me.

Furthermore, IF subsciption and donation fees via the above resources do NOT amount to $10K USD by 12/31/21, I will personally donate $5,000.00 USD more to our cause in 2022.

GoFundMe Annual Campaign

Additionally, I've started a GoFundMe Fundraiser for the scholarship, with a target goal of $150,000.00 USD per year ($45K for 2021, as we launched mid-year and added a Facebook Fundraiser as well.).

Reporting Date

A PUBLIC annual financial report, with complete detail regarding the number of subscriptions & donations, and of course amounts, will be posted prior to March 1st, each year.

I am hopeful that With a little help from my friends, we'll award our first scholarship in the Spring/Summer of 2022.
