Help! When I try to log-in it says I'm BLOCKED.

Oh boy.  What have you done?  To who?  Just kidding.  laughing

During some major platform uprages & updates this week I tracked down & resolved a bug that affected a handful of users; being blocked from logging in with an error noting "Too many failed log-in attempts." on the home page.

If you were one of the users affected, the issue has been resolved now!  It took several hours to be able to finally replicate, and several more to track down.  Very sorry for the delay.

Try Again

Give it a shot now, you should be all set.  If not, delete your browser cache files, close the browser, re-open the browser & try again.

If you're still experiencing problems logging in after trying that, please contact me and I'll resolve the issue for your account as soon as possible.
